    protein

    when picking protein whats a good amount per 100g of protein?

    I was looking on this site that delivers to the UK

    Whey Protein Isolate - Protein Powders - buy online from Creatine Store

    but I dont know whats a good amount of protein per 100g or serving, or what to look for when buying

    Basically it comes down to the type of protein you want.

    Typical serving for a Protein would be 21-23 g of protein per 30 g scoop.

    With maybe 1-2 g of carbs
    1-2 g of fat.

    Of those 4 I only know of EAS and Prolab. Either one would be good. Ask them if you can try a sample to see how they taste.

    I get my protein at True Protein | High Quality Nutrition and Protein Supplements I use their Whey Isolate and the orange flavor is very drinkable and very tasty. Along with that, its not loaded with crap.
    I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
