    EC stack; how much caffeine per day?

    i do ~75mg of eph, plus have yohimbe in lipoderm....caff pills are 200mg each...

    Typical EC is 25 mg ephedrine 200 Caff.

    oh, 200mgs of caffeine is a typical dose, although you could go up to 300mgs, any more than that will probably give you a headache and nausea, I would not take more than 3 doses of 300mgs per day of caffeine.

    I was thinking about trying the EC stack after hearing so much about it, but am concerned about the negative side effects of caffeine tolerance on sleep patterns. I read that in many people, 1000mg per day over a 7 day period is enough to induce tolerance and make sleep less efficient.

    My current consumption of caffeine is always a hard 140mg daily (one monster lo-card energy drink, 8.75mg caffeine per oz). At this amount, I don't seem to have tolerance to it (I can avoid drinking it at all on the weekend without getting a headache).

    For those who have been on the EC stack, how long do you stay on it and has it altered your sleep (assuming you didnt consume much caffeine previously)? How well has it worked for you?
