This is probably more of someone else like Jodi maybe's fortae but it sounds similar to a combination i was considering myself after reading about a beef amino and creatine combination and wondering what else to do with that.
Alpha-ketoglutaric acid - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia [quote ] ...It is reported that high ammonia and/or high nitrogen levels may occur with high protein intake, excessive aluminum exposure, autism, Reye's syndrome, cirrhosis & urea cycle disorder....[end quote]
Alpha-ketoglutarate is metabolized to L-glutamine, [end quote]
I am masssive on this kind of chemistry for a cpl of reasons. I have been since i've been producing world class fitness.
I think what it has to do with, is the spectrum of metabolic and catabolic anabolism processes and how by including as many infinite of those points as possible at various stages through their break down ( the process of which initiates the, in this case expediated, synthesis of other hormones and so forth right through to the NO burn off and upload cycle and metabolism thereafter ) it not only protects suppression and long term ceasation of those processes and hormones - either togther or in any combination- it also tends to increase the rate at which the process runs.. meaning one can pack faster - burn more efficiently and end up gaining faster and or have more immediate efficiency of intensity of the work load it potentials.
Being that you bought it up, I hope that you understand my explaination. I personally rely extremely heavily on the math behind that and it's almost the biggest part of my superwoman secret . .. gods be honest though ( ladies .). i wish you all the best with your goal. In closing, i just want to add for you that if you remember to include a carbonated fluid for the ammonia and nitric oxide / urea and toxicity protection and a taurine - L- tyronsine , your refeed taking care of the aluminum if you do it right, I imagine you'll be absolutely wrapped with the results you'll most likely get. Welcome to myy world.
