BCAAs with EAAs
Heya people
I have Xtreme Formulations ICE which has BCAAs and Glutamine init. Now, i dont use whey protein . Even isolate causes me stomach trouble. Forget about the price etc etc but I would like to ask your opinion. I now take large dose pre-workout and then post workout ( i may also take during). I take around 15 grams-20 postworkout (right after) and 30 minutes later I eat my egg whites with porridge/banana etc (no i dont look for an insulin spike). I started this routine last week and my stomach has gone flat and nice instead of being bloated. Now , should I also consider adding EAAs(bulk powder) and mixing them together with my BCAAs doses? Would that be beneficial in anyway? Still the BCAAs would be a larger dose since these would be also included in the EAA powder. |

Are you saying you take the ICE before and after your workout?

Depends on what your diet looks like.
