    NoXplode is a preworkout supplement mainly used for pumping u up before ur workout. It does have a small dose of creatine in it. But dont be taking noxplode for ur main creatine intake. It doesnt have enough in it to do the job that say cell mass does.

    if i take 2.5g of cee pre-workout and 2.5g after is that enough?

    Creatine Ethyl Ester from Ironmaglabs: 4 pills before lift/4 pills after. Works wonders for me when I was on it. I think that was 2.5g pre and post.

    4 caps of our CEE is actually 3 grams.
