Supplementation during "Off days"?
Should I continue the supplementation routine (whey, creatine & ALA) on my Off Days?

you might get several diff. answers but i think its importent to at least take the whey protien as you need to rebuild.

Absolutely
Thats probably the biggest mistake beginners and even moderately experienced bodybuilders make. They are not consistent with their diets, and supplementation. The training is fun, get to check out the hot chicks at the gym, cut up with your boyz etc. But being disciplined about your supplements and diet, that sucks...but its the key to success!

I would say definately stick with you supplements 7 days a week

yes yes yes. you should always take supps the same everyday no matter if it is an off day or not. for creatine however i would take no more than 10grams on an off day.
