OK. This question was based on the other thread about 1-AD.
Well...besides whey protein, creatine, glutamine, multivitamins...what would you recommend as a supplement for 21 years old?
There's no such thing as getting too big!

You are already taking the best out there with what you mentioned! You can try some short cycles of 1-AD if you wish though. 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off.
gopro, I thought that at age 21 your body doesn't have enough receptors available to accept pro hormones becuase there is already alot natural test in the system. Am I wrong about that ??

Sure your receptors will be open to it. 1-AD will not convert into testosterone anyway, but another substance nicknamed 1-Test. I do believe the older athlete will get better overall effects from pro-hormones than younger guys, but those in their teens and 20's will still benefit. The earliest I would take it is age 21, but 25 could be even better.

Maybe I can try that next month. I heard Ergopharm's 1-AD is the best out there right now and I might go with that. Any other brand recommendation besides Ergopharm? Thanks.
