    Question i have no idea

    ok first off im 17 almost 18 about 5'7 180lbs 13% body fat and i have no idea what kinda supps to get to help me any sujestions would be nice

    My top three picks are a multivitamin, whey and creatine, but as the above poster has stated it really depends on your goals. I really don't take, or find the need, to take anything much more than that. If I feel like spending the money, and have it, I will buy something like NO Explode or Fast Twitch once in awhile, but it's very rare.

    goal is to get up to about 190lbs by next aug(not playing football this year) sorry it took me so long to say anything back picked up madden08 today and just got done playing it a few min ago. ill check into the multivitamen and the whey cant take creatine against michigan high school althetic rules

    if you did want to add more creatine to your diet naturally, remember that red meat contains it.
