    sostonol 250

    im about to start a cycle of sostonol 250 by IDS. is their any advise on what i could take with this product? (stack) does anyone know about this product. i only have found a few reviews but nothing that is helping me.

    It used to be a mix of haladrol superdrol and pheraplex but I think they changed the formula recently. Not for sure whats in it now.

    is that a good cycle to take? i take it thats the 3 compounds that are in it? what should i take for cuick recovery of my muscles after a work out. i take in about 195 grams of protien with a low calorie diet. i have size(fat imma a big guy) im just trying to shredd the fat and build muscle. any help

    I dont think I would go with the sostonol 250 then you should probably focus more on the diet and cardio that is whats really going to burn that fat off If you do decide to take a prohormone I would go with something that has a single compound in it and not multiple things, more is not always better.

    i am on a low calorie and high protien diet. pounds have come off. i feel it in my clothes also when i walk, or run, go upstairs, walk around the mall, i dont get tired as fast as i use too. so thats why i want to step it up a notch and start a cycle.

    You really shouldnt be looking for chemical help at this point, read the diet and nutrition and training sections more in depth

    i use to powerlife about 4 yrs ago. i was never ripped. never too any sups b4. i was big, never really no definition. and thats what i want. my weight 285 and im 5'10.
