Anabolic-Matrix dosage question

So the label reads one 3-times a day; so morning, noon, and night I would assume. Somewhere I read to take all three at bedtime. I can't remember, but when I took A/M when it first came out I think I took the three at night with good results. Should I go with the morning, noon, night dosage?

BTW: I love the results I get with A/M

The original formula was in capsules and a bit different, about a year ago we changed it to tabs and the serving size is now 1 tablet and the recommended dose is 2-3 tablets per day, i.e. morning, noon and night.

I tried a bottle, for shits and giggles, and took one in the morning and one at night with my multi-vitamin.

I believe I did benefit from it. Not any drastic change in the weight I was throwing around, but then again I wasn't expecting that. Good overall product.
