Are creatin capsules as effective as drink mix? Already mixing 2 other supplements. Want to add creatine but not another drink. What capsule should I buy? Thanks

CEE chemical compostition(reminds me of of OChem again) allows it to be better absorbed then monohydrate. Also personally CEE doesnt upset my stomach compared to regular creatine.

Just toss it in your mouth and swallow it down with water. It was gross when I'd mix it so I just do that now.
