    Chromium Picolinate

Anyone any comments on the following?

Evidently many weight gain products contain this type of chromium.

I'm not too fussed about taking it as I can no longer contribute to the "gene pool", but it may be of concern to all you young studs!!

Eh, I'm not one to jump on the bandwagon just because one study comes out saying something is bad. Now days EVERYTHING is bad!
Bodybuilding isn't everything, it's just that being small, weak, and puny REALLY sucks!!

Well i know chromium can mess about with iron metabolism if you're taking it in high enough amounts - but let's be real, taking to much of anything can have adverse effects. Just be sure to keep chromium intkae around the 200mg region and you'll be good.
