Chromium Picolinate
Anyone any comments on the following?
http://www.anndeweesallen.com/dal_ra01.htm Evidently many weight gain products contain this type of chromium. I'm not too fussed about taking it as I can no longer contribute to the "gene pool", but it may be of concern to all you young studs!!  |

Eh, I'm not one to jump on the bandwagon just because one study comes out saying something is bad. Now days EVERYTHING is bad!

Well i know chromium can mess about with iron metabolism if you're taking it in high enough amounts - but let's be real, taking to much of anything can have adverse effects. Just be sure to keep chromium intkae around the 200mg region and you'll be good.
