Advanced Soy Pro Details:

Soy-Protein Isolates. Superior Soy Protein Shake!
Advanced Soy Pro is a complete protein supplement it contains all the necessary amino acids that an athlete needs to grow. Advanced Soy Pro has the highest ratio of critical cluster amino acids. Cholesterol and lactose free.
Soy protein for muscle-building? That’s right. A few years ago, people might have laughed at the thought of a product like Advanced Soy Pro. Not today. First, Advanced Soy Pro is a complete protein supplement–it contains all the necessary amino acids that an athlete needs to grow. Second, Advanced Soy Pro has the highest ratio of “critical cluster” amino acids (glutamine, all three branched-chain aminos, and arginine) found anywhere–higher than egg, milk and even whey! Third, Advanced Soy Pro is both cholesterol and lactose free, making it perfect for athletes wishing to avoid dairy. Finally, only Advanced Soy Pro contains zero carbs and less than one gram of fat per serving. Mounting evidence suggests that regular use of soy can benefit the athlete by promoting cardiovascular health, inhibiting the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, boosting the immune system, lowering cholesterol, preventing bone loss and more.

Soy protein does have its benefits, yet some people think it is not good to consume large amounts daily. I would say one scoop of it per day would benefical. Search Google for more info
