When I take mono I usually just dump the 1 teaspoon of it right in my mouth dry then suck back some juice to take it down. Not sure if this is the best way but atleast I know I am not leaving half of it in the glass. It has no taste in your mouth, atleast I havent really noticed any.

Effervescent Creatine

Effervescent creatine dissolves within seconds. It's dextrose levels are specifically meant to spike the creatine into your system. When you mix it it has an alcaseltzer(hope I spelled that right)effect.I use both regular powder form @ when I really need it effervescent form.Hope this helps.

I've never had a creatine monohydrate that completely mixed with water, always some grainy leftovers in the bottom of the glass. I just keep adding water till it's all gone. The extra H2O with the creatine won't hurt a thing.
