Creatine
Are you supposed to cycle creatine? I was told that if you don't cycle creatine while in a lifting cycle and just take it every time you lift then your body becomes accustomed to it and you don't get the best possible results.

so its something you can just take on a daily basis, every day. with no break period necessary? damn. i myself have always been told to at least stop taking it for 3-4 weeks after like 8-12 weeks of using it..
i love learning new stuff |
