    Supplement advice, help

    Im 18 5'8 180lbs, I just started boxing and i want to loose my flubber and get some muscle. What can help me do that faster? I thought about noxycut but I havnt heard from anyone that used it themself and i dont no if its legit. I really dont know anything about diet pills or fatburners or any supplement so please help me out. thx

    You're time and money are better spent on learning, and maintaining, a proper diet. No supplement is going to help you lose weight if your diet is no good.

    There are some great article in the stickies at the top of the Diet & Nutrition forum.

    results from diet and hard work. a fat burner will add a bit, but without the first two, just a waste of money.
