ok just curious. since this is supposed to be a PRE-Workout supplement..
..why would they recommend taking some on an off day?

I didn't get anything from it. Personally. I think it is a waste of money.

here is my view on NO-Xplode. it is a gimmick product. it is loaded with caffeine, has NO precursors and a dash of creatine. to the uneducated lifter, this is the end all be all of supplements, it gives you a pump, it gets you wired and it has creatine in it!!!! in reality, arginine has very little to do with muscle mass, you build up a tolerance to the product very quickly because of the high caffeine content making you take more scoops and using the product faster, and the creatine content is underdosed. i see no purpose in using this product in a serious supplement regimine.
I think taking it on off days is totally optional. Give Nano vapor or Methyl Efx a try.........pretty bad ass formulas.
I only take the No Xplode on training days and take Creatine Monohydrate on off days. Saves me money and I don't necessarily want all the caffeine if I'm not lifting.
Got great pumps on my workout last night using this method.

Please explain..........because i suggested using no xplode on off days or because i mentioned a couple other products that ive gotten some good performance out of? Just wondering!!!!!!

well i cant answer for her, but no-xplode on off days is simply a waste of money.
and the methyl efx has glycocamine, which has no business being in anything that a human will ingest.
