Creatine use
Should you take creatine before or after you lift? Does it matter?

makes more sense to me to load up your creatine stores before depleting them. not depleting them, the refreshing them
ideally i would say full dose pre workout, then a half dose post workout. |

but if your muscles are already saturated with creatine.. how can more get in there?
Post workout you can do it with an insulin spike, where it shuttles the creatine into the muscles more effectively.. along with some R-ALA then you have the best combo there IMO. |

same works creatine. how to you know you are saturated pre workout? you dont. so taking pre makes sense, as well as a dose post to replenish.

you dont know if your saturated.. but if your taking it every day, and you havent done any strenous activity to use the creatine and atp stores, then one would think that the levels would be at a high.
so really its all theory, unless there has been a case study? so hess i would try it both ways, and see what you prefer.. or wha tworks best for you |
