    fish oil pills

ive been taking my fish oil pills for about 2 weeks now.
the way i do it is something like this.. (brief example)

i always make sure i take it with plenty of water
monday - 1 fish oil pill in the morning, then some time during that day ill eat a salmon fillet
tuesday - 2 fish oil pills in the morning, no salmon fillet
wednesday - 1 fish oil pill in the morning. eat a salmon fillet some time during that day
thursday - 2 fish oil pills in the morning, no salmon fillet

    you get the idea right?

so i was wondering..is this good enough?
and on days where i take 2 fish oil pills..should i take 1 in the morning and 1 at night, or does it matter?

    heres the ones i have:
GNC - GNC Fish Body Oils 1000

and maybe i read the bottle wrong cause it says "as a dietary supplement, take one to two softgel capsules daily"

    i just figured that meant take 1 or 2 a day =/

so iain, does taking 2 in the morning, 2 in the middle of the day, and 2 at night sound better?

yea i am up to 3 per day myself now.
so is it pretty important to take each after a big meal?
cause ive just been taking 3 in the morning..hmm

my schedule is crazy between work and g.e.d class and when im working, im working digging holes and filling them back up and constantly moving, always doing quite a lot.

monday-tuesday: ged class 9-11 then gota hurry and leave at around 11:20ish to be at the job site on time, depending where our current job site is but i always have to leave around then and be there at 12 on the dot. so yea.

wednesday-friday: get up at 4:30ish or sometimes close to 5 in the morning, gota be at the job site by 6 so im out the door at around 5:20, 5:30ish am. work until 5pm. pretty damn crappy when it comes to trying to get my meals in and take certain pills along with them like my nitrix and fish oils.

thats why ive just been taking the fish oils in the morning to get them out of the way, along with my multi-vitamin. and the nitrix im starting to be able to manage it into my schedule except some times its hard in the middle of the day. mornings and night i got covered tho.

    bleh. this is hard. lol.
