A friend of mine has been taking Creatine for a couple of months now. He recently starting injecting it every morning and afternoon. Is this safe? I read that you should take a break from it as well if you are not in heavy training. He doesn't train at all, he is completely out of shape and overweight. He doesn't excersize at all. He says he takes the creatine to give him energy but is this also harming him because he isnt working out?
