Not creatine monohydrate during wrestling season.

Youll get mega sick, there is no way you could drink enough water.

Yeah, creatine makes you retain water which might add a maximum of 3lbs of water to your frame. It doesn't really make that much of a difference. I took creatine during football season when I was in high school, and had no problems from it. Also, fish oil is a good supplement to take.

Other than creatine and fish oil, I wouldn't waste my money if I were you. Take the money you would have spent on supplements, and buy more food with it.

    that was 3 years ago.

    i use cee.

I would recommend avoiding creatine monohydrate during wrestling season, the dehydration from practice could make you seriously ill,

I know it did to me. Thats all I have to say.

Other than fish oil, multi, taurine, cee. maybe some bcaa's, but that'll depend on what your diet is like, I had a great experience with BCAA's while on a cutter.

    I actually gained muscle

nitrix is just arginine. its an amino acid. you dont need to be 18 to take it. at your age focus on training and eating right. just like someone said on this thread already. dont waste your money on a lot of supps. you will be fine eating right and training hard

Add that at your age you are buzzing with THE best supp's money can buy. I wish I had your body chemistry right now.

I've been getting really frustrated with this too. Been thinking of just answering the posts that are not full of misspellings and poor punctuation. I Know other people are already doing that ... I've been pm'd about it.

You can either look like the thinking dude ... or the tard

    Your choice about that.
