that was 3 years ago.
i use cee. I would recommend avoiding creatine monohydrate during wrestling season, the dehydration from practice could make you seriously ill, I know it did to me. Thats all I have to say. Other than fish oil, multi, taurine, cee. maybe some bcaa's, but that'll depend on what your diet is like, I had a great experience with BCAA's while on a cutter. I actually gained muscle |

i have a pretty good diet. 7-8 meals a day. good sizes. pretty decent foods. i need more vegies tho. do u recomend i get the taurione cee and bcaas? im gonna googe them now.

nitrix is just arginine. its an amino acid. you dont need to be 18 to take it. at your age focus on training and eating right. just like someone said on this thread already. dont waste your money on a lot of supps. you will be fine eating right and training hard

if you are 15 then you are fine with what you are taking. Just get the training and diet down.
