Liquid Creatine

Does anyone have an opinion on the Liquid Creatines?
are they a waste of money? or do they work as well as powder?

I have said this before and I will say it again...most of them are crap, with the exception of DIMAXX...it does not cause much weight gain but DOES increase your strength! Many powerlifters swear by the stuff. I have used it and liked it very much!

Thanks for your help. I am new bodybuilding and i am finding there there is a whole lot more to it than i had thought. I read alot of different magazines and see articles for all of the different supplements that are supposed to do great things for you. I know that the magazines exist only to sell there products so that is why i am a little skeptical. I dont have alot of money to waste.

doesn't powdered creatine do the same thing?

Powdered Creatine helps get you all swelled up because of the all the water it draws to your muscles, giving you a great pump. That's one of the main reasons people get so big on it. But I have heard that the first time you try it, if using it right, you should be able to put on at least 10 lbs.
