    question about nitrix

    bsn nitrix:
says to take it on an empty stomache, i.e 30-45 minutes before a meal, or 2 hours after a meal.
i prefer to take it about 40 mins before a meal just cause i like that way.

i had a couple questions tho..

do i HAVE to eat a meal after ive taken them?
like what if i took nitrix at 4:00..but then didnt eat until 5:30ish or even 6? does that ruin the purpose of them?

and then most importantly, i was wondering about drinks. it says to take on an empty stomach. so if i take them and then say..drink some diet caffeine free mountain dew, or diet v8 splash juice while im waiting 40 mins to eat..is that bad and does it ruin the purpose of the pills? usually ill take them and just drink water afterwards. but some times without even thinking ill go for a mountain dew or pour a glass of my juice.

its an amino acid, im sure you'll be fine. not a big deal to take it four times a day. other than it will get expensive. i dont think id recomend the mountain dew regardless of time period in relation to the nitrix. the purpose of having it on an empty stomach is to help with absorption is my understanding. i dont think id fret too much over having a v8 drink with my pills.

bump - does anyone agree with bio about how v8 in between time periods of relation to the nitrix is ok? (wait..did that question even make sense..?) heh.

like im really just curious as to..
i take it 30-45 minutes before i eat. while waiting 30-45 minutes what can i drink? just water? or could i have things like v8 juice, cranberry juice, sports water? or is there anything someone could recommend besides water at least?
