why at the age of 17 are you taking I-GH-1?
I heard its good for lowering BF%
Is there something wrong with taking it?

I would never wake up at 7, that's ridiculous
Does anyone have any advice on my supplements, am I taking good products? or should I find new ones?

haha that's a good point....
most people won't give you advice on those kinda things if they know you're young

Anyways... does anyone actually have advice for me?
And everyone has to start at somewhere I just started younger than most.

I'm 5'10" 159lbs, I'm currently trying to cut. I don't know my BF% exactly but I'd say its around 15%.
I'll stop taking the I-GH-1, what else shouldn't I take? I don't think I could handle stopping taking too much of the supplements I take.
I do eat properly and I have been without supplements before and my body has become use to it being on supplements and without it after my workouts I am dead for the rest of the day.
