The Casein Cancer Connection

I was hoping some of our more informed members could tell me if they have ever read The China Study by Dr. T Colin Campbell? It it a study that supposedly links casein protein and cancer directly. "Like turning a light switch on" the sales pitch for the book says. Obviously I haven't read it but just the advertisements make me wonder about that protein drink every night before bed...

Peace!

casein is in milk, so dont drink that either. it would lead me to believe that everyone who has ever drank cows milk would have some sort of cancer. i havent read it, but there was a study that found caseins in milk added to green tea negated the anti-ox power of green tea. that was interesting.

Campbell is a quack, the best place for his book is in the garbage. he makes all sorts of claims with absolutely no scientific evidence to support them.

Yeah, I'm inclined to agree there. Unless we go 100% organic, there's no telling what we're eating.
