I need some help

Ive been taking some stupid shit. I spend almost 100 dollars on gnc products, and all i get is minor results. Im working my ass off with a good diet and the hittin the gym 5 days a week. What is the best supplement i can get for huge muscle gains fast? and where is the best place to find these things?

I bought Cell tech hardcore creatine, and endothil-cr.

Im seeing results but there not coming as fast as i want them to.

well im not the best when it comes to helping people..but yea. i wouldnt really shop at GNC unless you had no other choice. i did the same thing not too long ago and regret it. got the gold card and everything, bought their products. i just go there at the first of the month and buy some little things like fish oil pills, redline energy drinks, some shakes, bars, whatever. since its 20% off and all, gota use that gold card for somethin i guess. but anyways, id say your best bet would be to compare prices online. ordering your supplements and everything on websites is by far your best option of saving money, and getting products that are gona give you the results you want, and from the sounds of it deserve.

i gota recommend Taylor'sNutrition for your first site to check out. i get basically ALL my supplements from TN and have been completely satisfied every time. definitely browse through the site and compare their prices to others if youd like, but they really are one of the best in my opinion, if not the best. can trust them, pretty fast shipping, good deals, good sales, etc. be sure to include shipping and handling charges cause some sites have had a slightly better price, but then once i added their S&H it was actually gona cost more.

since you say you arent getting gains, id make a separate thread or read some of the threads posted around here to get an idea of the supplements you should be looking for. of course id definitely recommend some sort of protein mix for mass gains, creatine, and some kind of casein protein mix too. as for pills im not 100% sure what would be best for you, but like i said. browse around here and ask questions if you still arent sure. good luck

Cell-Tech is over priced, but using creatine is a good idea, along with whey protein, a multiple vitamin and EFA's.

I don't know what kind of results you're expecting, your best results come from a good diet, and solid dedicated training.
