    The stuff made me sick. One of the ingredients causes a severe insulin secretion that can make you sweat, nauseous, and lose your appetite. I normally love syntrax products, but they need to reformulate this one!

    Yeah, the idea behind it is great, but they made it too strong I think. If they tweak it, it can be a solid product. But you can't take it if it makes you ill!!!

    Is this stuff a protein or what is it. Can it be diluted so its not so potent?

    It is a creatine transport product...cannot be diluted. You can take less, but then you won't get an efficacious dose of creatine.
