There is no substitute for water. If you drink Gatorade, you should still drink water.

about another group that actually does something

    gatorade is fine

    i started a thread yesterday at bb.com.
and while a couple of the guys said that no matter what they drink they always drink a good amount of water.
i have competed for years and won a lot of stuff.and i have always drank totally diet cafiene free coke or pepsi gatorade crystal light, diet green tea
and you could mix what you had the question about in any one of these,
its going to taste a little diff. and have a miniscule amount of other ingriedents, but your body is going to treat it the same as if it was mixed in water, the only people who will disagree with this are the hard core water drinkers,if there is such a thing.

    reply to this mans thread

i havent been here for quite a while, and im sure everyone got along just fine without me.
the only reason i came back today was an email im sure a form about where have i been.
i spend all my time at bb.com,the reason i left was because of bullshit.
this orig.poster had a simple question.a lot of people spent a lot of time typing in a bunch of shit, why does anyone ever waste their time responding to an honest question that deserves an honest answerwith a no answer?
im here to help when i can and i think thats what we are all here for
even the moderaroe was doing it?
