Im 39 and just started working out again. I know this is probably boring for the guys that have been doing this for years, but what do you take for supplements? There are millions out there. I just want to get in good shape, put on a few pounds of muscle. I do drink a protien drink and take mega man vitamins. Thanks for your help.

creatine monohydrate. dont worry about anything else beyond that right now.

If you just started out lifting again, stay with protein and a basic multivitamin supplement.
Contrary to what others suggested above me, you do not need to use creatine yet. I would wait on the creatine on that for awhile, as you will make good gains just from sensible training , sensible diet and rest.
