I just received an order of Chrysin, reminding me as I opened it to actually sit down and evaluate whether it's worth the $3.18 it's costing to take 5gms of it daily: 2 each morning and 3 each night, and 10 mg of Piperine with each dose. Well, the Piperine adds a few cents: let's just use $3.25 as the maximum cost. And what has it done for me? For one thing, I'm growing hair where I've never had it before -- and LOTS of it; my wife said that, whatever I'm doing, she's NOT going to live with a hairy ape. Truth is that she loves it. Truth is that she's finding that I seem to have lost about 20 or 30 years. While I'm running her ragged, I'm also making nature trails through the woods...with stone steps here and there, cutting trees, etc. The swimming pool got covered the first time she mentioned it, this year, a job I normally find exhausting and put off until she threatens to call a pool service. I'm finding I simply have more energy than I would have dreamed of a year ago.
When I directed an observation to Prince about this, I had lost a size in jeans and figured I was just about down another: I am, now. And doing so I'm not losing much in weight. I'm eating more and the weight is clearly being distributed as muscle instead of fat. I've tried a number of supps, with varying effects. Some (arginine or creatine based) have a clear effect; it's a given that they enhance performance and vitality. But I have never had so dramatic an effect from something until Chrysin: AND, interestingly enough, I have yet to see the stuff advertised for the purpose I'm using it -- as an aromatase inhibitor. I guess I could go down to my GNC and read labels, to see if it's being used in some formulation. Basically, I don't use one brand or another; when I use arginine, it's l-arginine with enough B vitamins to insure conversion. My Creatinine comes in bulk, instead of being a part of some protein powder. I feel that you can "fine tune" your supps for your personal needs, instead of jumping on the latest fancy-named product that usually promises more than you'll ever see.
I'm interested if anyone else is using this substance, especially WITH Piperine, and particularly at (or above) the 5 gm level; I got some results without the pepper extract but a LOT more using the two in combination. I'd also like to hear of long-term effects, although I can't foresee any bad ones: basically, I'm stronger, sleep better and my blood pressure is more stable.

I put Chrysin in Anabolic-Matrix Rx from the very first formulation as well as Bioperine.
That is probably why your supps are in demand...research and planning.I'm still on the same basic plan...AND still hoping that someone else is taking the stuff at the level I'm...AND will let me know their reaction to higher levels. I've been unable to find any data ON high level consumption; and, surely, SOMEone must have done a study on levels of effectiveness, whether piperine-laced or not.
Abnormal (for me) hair growth continues, my barber now commenting on the texture of my beard (heavier/thicker hairs emerging). And, my sex drive wasn't THIS strong when I was 17: funny that then it embarassed me to publically erect! Now it's about the coolest thing ever, and about the best way on earth for this old man to get laid. YEP: better living through chemistry! It's like Charlie has a mind of his own; put me in a bar beside a skirt and up he comes. They think I'm really getting off (so to speak) on them in a big way when it's really just Charlie wanting to play.
My workouts are far more intense; as far as I can tell, there are NO down sides to using the stuff. I did discover that it is not at all a good idea to run out for a few days (a week...nine days); at the end I felt really, really tired, and it took the better part of the next week after I got my shipment to get back to feeling fantastic. I'll never do THAT again!
