well my goals are to bulk up on muscle, mostly on the arms, chest, abs, im gettin enuff leg work from hockey so dont really work out on legs, but yah what kinda protein or multi do you recommend? somrthing with creatine too, some of my hockey team mates recommened "No Xplode" but I read that it gives you "thundershits" haha idk, get back at me

how about you just get creatine, and stop with the energy NO products. they are doing nothing for you bulking up.
