    creatine question

I was reading the stickies about creatine and had a question. It said to drink it before and after a workout, and first thing in the morning on none workout days. does that mean you take less on none workout days or do you still drink the same amount just all of it in the morning? thanks

You'll find a myriad of opinions on this and eventually you will find what works best for you. Personally I take a bit less on non-workout days to maintain the creatine levels in my body. On workout days I do in fact take pre and post workout. FYI: You will notice on many pre-workout blended supplement labels that creatine is in fact one of the ingrediants.

    Don't forget your protein shake!

Thanks, I do drink protien shakes. Usually 3 a day one in the morning and one before and after I workout. On days I dont work out I only drink one in the morning and one at night. I may bump that up some, not sure yet.

I wouldn't drink more than 2-3 shakes per day. Use real food.

On the creatine I take a serving pre and post workout, and that's it. One serving on days I don't lift.

Ideally, I'd take Maximum Pump pre-workout and then IM Labs CEE post-workout.
