    Gaspari H-50 Exp Date Life

    I got a box of gaspari's halo-50 with an exp date of 10/2007,i wanted to take it in about 6months-1yr what can i do to conserve its freshness? and will it still be ok to take in 1yr?

    Thumbs up past expiration date

    like perscription medicine,these supps.start to lose their potency after the pull or ex.date.its not a real fast loss.i would refridgerate them.im not sure about freezing.
