I need a good Probiotic and Digestive Enzyme

I figure this should be in this forum considering it's a supplement question...so does anyone have any recommendations?

Anyone with IBS or other digestive issues that have been alleviated by any of these kinds of products?

I know the yogurt that I get (Cascade Fresh) contains probiotics, but Jodi can probably give you a good place to order them from.

Lifeway's Kefir is pretty good (like a drinkable yogurt).
Stats: 6"3, 210lbs, ?? bodyfat (@ 14-15%?), currently on a miserable RFL cut (until the last week of March)

My colonic therapist gives me Healthy Start by Natren. by far the best probiotic I have tried (and I've tried dozens of them for my candida)
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.
