    Creatine Question

    Advice needed,

As a 66 year old guy who has been weight lifting 3 to 4 times per week since the age of 40, I have a question regarding when to take creatine. Not a competitve body builder just a guy who wants to stay in decent shape. I am 5'7", 165lbs, 15" biceps, 39" chest, 31" waist, 16% body fat.

Having tried many different programs over the years i now workout using the PRRS training method which has given me the best results. Usually take Shotgun before lifitng to help get me started, my question; is it better to sip creatine drink (Size On) during workout or take it after workout?

I think Size On is supposed to be taken during a workout. I believe that's what the jug says. I take creatine mono right before a workout.

I would take creatine right before your workout and right after your workout. Some guys are even taking it during their workout on top of that.

Does that mean 5mg before and after? I take it before and after but I thought you should only take 5mg a day.

i always take my creatine during my workout. if you are using no shotgun before, that will cover the belief of taking creatine before, since there is creatine in it. i would take your SizeOn about 1/2 to 2/3 way into your workout. at this point, your body is starting to absorb anything sitting in your stomach. by the time i'm done with my workout, i can take my protein shake this way, and my stomach doens't feel bloated.
