    Diabetic Creatine??Please Help!!!

A buddy of mine who is diabetic gets creatine from his doctor. He recently offered to give me a 2lb bag. The bag is plain, no writing. He was told to drink it with grape juice. Now a few questions.

    1. What kind of creatine is this? Mono or what...?

    2. How much should I take?

    3. Is this any more potent since its from a doctor?

Please only respond if your knowledgeable about creatine. Thanks!

is it a very fine powder and somewhat clumpy? or is it grainy.. kinda like salt but a bit smaller.

former is cee, latter is mono. its most likely monohydrate though

I never knew they prescribed creatine to diabetics, is there a simple reason for this?

cortisone is a steroid and will do nothing for muscle as will prednisone which is a muscle wasting steroid. not all steroids are good for muscle.

They are different kinds of steroids. The kind used for bronchodiliation and decrease in inflammation are called corticosteroids.

My doctor wanted to give me a shot of that in the feet. If I get around to doing it, and people start rumors that I'm on roids, it will be true.

I wouldn't worry about it, it was an honest mistake.
But if you really want it deleted just ask Prince or the Mods here.
