    maintaining muscle

I have a friend that is asking about loosing weight to drop to a lower weight class in his MMA fighting. He is looking for anything that would help him maintain his muscle/strength while loosing the weight. Any supplements that would help him in his quest?

I can't help you with the supplement end of things, but HIT helped me to lose 15 pounds in 7 weeks while not only allowing me to maintain my strength, but to bust through my PRs.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

I really hope this friends name doesn't start with a D and ends with an 81.

No its not D81, I'm talking about a really semi-pro MMA fighter (no razors allowed). Thanks for the help, ill let him know about the BCAA's and I'm sure he is already good with the protien. Think he was just looking for something a little extra.
