    ATW Protein tub not full?

I just received my order, a 5 lb. tub of Whey Isolate. I understand that some settling occurs during shipping, but it looked to be only about 60% full. That seems awfully low. The lid was sealed in plastic wrap, but that only makes it more puzzling. Any insight? I have another tub that is almost empty, and as soon as it is I'm going to see if there's really 80 servings in this new tub I just received.

Let me know if you have any problems at all and I will be glad to get to the bottom of it and resolve any issue for you. What you are describing sounds strange but I know we would not short change our customers on product.

Weighing it was the first idea I had in mind, but unfortunately, as a college student living in a dorm, I don't have a scale readily available to me. Today I counted out scoops from the new tub in question into an empty tub. I only counted 65, as opposed to the 80 advertised on the label. Even allowing for some error in scooping (underfilled and overfilled scooper), this is still a significant difference. My confidence is ATW is dropping.

No offense but it is a little premature to lose confidence in a company, when you haven't even contacted there service department.

It goes by weight, not volume.

I buy from bulk protein companies, they have certain set container sizes, and the amounts that I order do not always mean that the containers are full.

If you are at uni, there have to be weight scales somewhere, even bathroom scales would work for 5 lbs.

'scoopers' are not a standardised size. You really need to weigh it.

Yeah the scooper isn't how they measure it, that is just how many they guess you will get from 5lbs....you need to weigh the product to see if you were shorted.

Just a thought, you went through the effort to scoop it all out.

I would have asked around for a scale in that time.

Their chocolate is amazing, I need to go order some more actually. Cinnamon bun is ok every once in a while, but I can't say I would like it on a daily basis by any means.
