    Beta-Ecdysterone/PS/HMB...Yay or Nay?

    Beta-Ecdysterone - 100 mg taken with whey protein in the morning, with lunch and dinner, as well as before wo

    PS (Phosphatidylserine) - 800 mg immediately after wo

    HMB (Beta-Hydroxy-Beta-Methylbutyrate) - 3-6 g 2-3 teimes per day with meals

    crap. ecdy isnt worth it. doesnt matter the dosage.

    HMB...need about 9 grams per day to be effective.

    PS...valuable product at 800 mg dose.
