    CEE on off days ??

To those who use iron mag labs CEE tabs, do you take the same dosage on your off days as you do on your workout days? It seems like I read somewhere that some only take half the dosage on days off, but I can't remember where i read that.

most say to take it in the morning on your off day.

like nni said, just one full dosage. 2-3 grams usually.
