    Nitric Oxciden pills?

    I'm just wondering how does nitric oxcide (NO) help you. Does it help with mass or what? Are suppose to take it with creatine?

    its a vaso dilator, so it increases the bloodflow. arginine will do the same thing, and its cheaper. it really doesnt do anything but give a better pump.. and thats not that beneficial
