fuck hydroxycut that shit just made my heart pound like a lab rat and did not see results. heres what i reccomend you do. eat 4-5 small meals a day, take a multi-vitamin, and take BSN ATRO-PHEX. This weightloss supplement is amazing. keeps you in a good mood, suppresses your appetite, and gives you ton of energy. your age might be a factor i would wait a year or so until your body has fully grown before taking something this potent. oh yea until then drink that green tea.

I could do the cliche "diet and exercise" but won't because you asked a question and are seeking advice though at your age expect that alot.I too like the Lipo 6 and even the Hydroxycut Hardcore.Another supp that didn't give those jitters and loss of sleep was Anadrox.

    Re:

No doubt suggestions given by you are helpful to us. I have few tips on weight loss they are:

1)Avoid skipping meals. Eating increases your metabolism, thus skipping meals can 'trick' your body into slowing down its metabolism in an attempt to conserve calories during a period it perceives as a situation where limited fuel is available.

2)Stuffing vegetables such as capsicum and zucchini with tasty fillings of mince chicken, meat or tuna are easy to do and very healthy and low fat.

3)Pita bread roll ups or wraps with salad fillings, are great for picnics, school lunches or to take to work.

4)Exercise, exercise, exercise! Exercise increases your metabolism and burning off excess fat. When is the best time to exercise? Our metabolism slows down about 8 hours after we wake up, so 30 minutes of exercise in the evening, before dinner will increase your metabolism for about two to three more hours just when it was starting to slow down. This produces a significant increase in fat burned off, even after the exercise is over.

5)Adding alfalfa beans to your salad brings in extra iron.

6)Be positive! The more you feel good about yourself the easier and faster it is to lose weight.

7)Though difficult, try not eating 3 hours or more before bed time.

Including this you may take some weight loss supplements also that suits you. I suggest you weight loss maxi

Hope these tips helpful to you.

Vegetables are great for suppressing hunger.

Whenever I notice that urge to just keep eating, I make sure I

    1. Drink some water

    2. Make up a big serving of steamed veg like brocolli, cauliflower, asparagus, touch of olive oil.................and some chicken

Weight loss is easy, so easy... If you wanna get lean, the eat lean. It lean protein (whey is always a good source), chicken, tuna, tongol, protein equals muscle. Carbs equal adipose fat (midsection fat). Fish oils, omega-3's, all your essential fatty acids get broken down and sent to the brain, skin and eyes, so don't be afraid of fats (monounsaturateds and polyunsaturateds).

The body will not break down adipose fat unless you change your diet. You can take all the hydroxycut and anadrox you want and get pumped on pharmaceutical weight loss products but they will only leave your muscles drained and the rest of your whole body nutritionally deficient.

When you train smarter and train harder, you'll be so much more proud of yourself and your success than popping pills to the desired effect. The fat will come back, and it will be even harder to get off if you become reliant on fat burners to do it. You're not doing yourself any favors.
