Just wondering....is it ok for me to take protein shake(designer Whey) and creatine together? Or is it possible to mix it together?
Or any other ways of talkin both separate? Will each supplements cancel the effects of one another?

I know this sounds like a stopid questions.....well hope you guys will help. Thanks

I've just started taking my creatine with my protein shake for this months cycle, after some bulking advice from gopro. I also stick in a pot of yoghurt to improve the taste (some of these whey powders taste awful), and the extra few gs of protein can't hurt.

I'm also gonna experiment with taking creatine before and after workouts, on my training days.
