    Omega 3-6-9

Hi guys, well im in university now, and its a bit harder to get proper nutrition. I was wondering though, i have some Omega 3-6-9, im assuming it means Omega oils 3, 6, and 9. Anyways i found them at my home and decided to bring them with me to residence on campus. My question, whats the benefits of these if there are any at all?

    Thanks in advance.
