Just want to add that you can make crepes, cakes, pudding, and hot chocolate (cums in Vanilla too) out of it! It rocks, I sell and use quite a bit of it. PM me for recipes! Beverly's Muscle Provider is incredible also!

I have been using both the Ultra Size and the Muscle Provider. They do taste good! Very low carb too. The Ultra Size has more fat in it than the Muscle Provider. I was using Ultra Size at the beginning more to add mass and then they switched me to MP to lean out.

The Ultra Size and Muscle Provider are both very good. a little expensive but some places sell it cheaper than the MSRP
