I use Designer Whey Protein...any good??

I get the chocolate flavored designer whey protein from GNC and blend it up with Silk chocolate soy milk. It contains 17.5g of protein per scoop and I usually have 3-5 scoops a day. I am 15, 135 pounds. Is this a good combo?

I would get a blended protein to low the digestion process. whey is very quick to digest. Having it digest slower puts your body in an a muscle buliding state. Whey is primaily used for rapid repair of your muscles after they have been broke down by weightlifting.
