1.Most of the customers, and me as a regular recommend premium flavours. They seem to get the best feedbeck, so i suggest you stick with them. Don't add sweetner, because premium flavours have them added allready!

Again, optimum bcaa 1000mgx400caps=400g costs 21dollars. And at Tp you get a pound of bcaa for 19,95! So does it pay off? Sure it does.
