    No Whey!

Ok subject line is cheesy...but anyways Sam's Club by me has 6lb bags of EAS Whey for $28....That is MUCH cheaper then anywhere else I have seen...once I get through the 20ish pounds of ON that I have I plan to switch to this unless the stuff goes down everywhere else. I don't see how Sam's can sell it for half what everyone else is selling it for.

Are you sure it is Whey protein and not a blend? The last time I bought EAS Protein at Costco, it was a blend of Whey, Egg and Soy.... :-( I returned it when I realized that it had soy.

Description: 100% Whey Protein (6 POUND BAG) by EAS
When it comes to picking the perfect protein to support optimal muscle growth and peak performance, you don't need a bunch of marketing hype and empty promises. Whey you need is a great-tasting, pure protein product of the very highest quality from a company you can trust. And with 100% Whey Protein from EAS, that's exactly whey you get. Here's why...

100% Whey Protein is pure "instantized" whey protein processed through a series of low-temperature micro and ultra filtration steps, producing the cleanest, most intanct form of whey protein available. This careful processing means that 100% Whey Protein is designed to provide the highest biological value protein available form any single protein source.

It also means that the greatest possible concentration of bioactive microfractions is preserved. These microfractions are vital for promoting whey protein's famed immune enhancing effects. Pure, clean whey protein is also absorbed into your body faster than any other protein, a benefit that has been demonstrated in research to enhance protein synthesis (muscle growth) by as much as 68%.

100% Whey Protein also contains the highest naturally occurring levels of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), shown in research to help muscles recuperate more quickly from strenuous exercise.

Finally, a protein that works as hard as you do — 100% Whey Protein by EAS.

Because they buy a lot more than one bag. Trust me, in this business the rule is to buy more if you want it for less. Think of how many stores they sell this in and how much EAS is making when they sell to the big chains stores like Sams, BJ's and Costco.

Yup that is the bag too...I get that they buy in bulk, but that is what it cost years ago too...the price never went up while ON has more than doubled in price. All the brands have gone through the roof if you buy it online or in a store...yet Sam's has kept it the same price as like two years ago.

I didn't realize cholesterol was an issue with powdered protein.

I wouldn't worry about the cholesterol levels unless you have a reason too.

But that is a sweet deal Scoop it up.

No thanks. It has artificial sweetener it it. I get headaches. I get the whey powder with no sweetener in it. And to tell you the truth, I could never figure out why manufacturers have to put anything in the powder to make it sweeter.
