Supplement combinations?
Hey,
I know you guys are talking about a lot of individual supplements. But I'm just wondering what I should take besides eating right and working out....... Im off to head to the store today and I know if I ask the there what else I would need he will bs so Im asking you guys.. So far Im thinking -flax/fish oil -whey protein -cell mass (I know I can prob make my own but I want to buy for the first bit) I'm wondering what else I can be taking with combinations with this stuff....just some info im 20 178lbs or so. I'm not really looking to bulk just get ripped/toned first then worry about bulking later...do you think i should get just a pure creatine as well or does cell mass substitute for that? Anything else you guys can think of that I should get that works really good? (money is no object)

multi
fish or flax oil pre workout- creatine product, cellmass or whatever you choose. post workout- protein +carbs. |

ALright I picked up some protein shake but I got no - explode and cell mass :P
from bsn NO-explode or w/e it says it is suppose to be the pre-workout and cellmass the post workout? what do you guys think about the products from bsn? I know prob over priced but what about results? thanks
