    Cool MG Development

I was wondering if anybody has any opinions on MGF-1 growth hormone secretagogue, and MGF-2 protein, good or bad. I'm wondering if its a waste of my money.

    frosty,

I use the MGF-2 protein and I love it. Its 100% hydrolyzed whey and taste great too. Makes a great post work out shake. I haven't used the their MGF-1 yet but I've talked to a couple of people who really like it. A little expensive for me($120 a bottle).

I've been using it since I started lifting 6 months ago. I've had incredible gains. Just wondering if its the supplements or because i finally got off my ass and did something.

Well, most likely it's the latter. The best way to measure a supplement's effectiveness is to keep your work-outs and diet the same on the supplement.
